"It doesn't seem to matter what type of work you need done at your house, Prudential Remodeling can do anything. I reached out to them to get a quote to remove all of the old decking and railings and replace it all with composite decking and railings. Not knowing what something like this would cost, we did get a secondary quote. Not only was their quote slightly lower than the other one we received, their quote had better products for the entire project, which in turn to me says their quote was much less than the other quote. We immediately signed the contract and got on their schedule. Kevin and a couple of his guys showed up on time and got to work right away. During the process, we added a few extra things (lattice around the entire deck, doors on either side of the deck for easy access under the deck) that we wanted done. Kevin didn't even blink an eye and immediately put together a list of things he would need to get to complete the extra work. Needless to say, the deck came out great and are super pleased with the work. Everything was done on time and the only added cost from the contract is what we added after the fact. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Everything is fantastic."

"We were really pleased with DiOrio's work. We needed a storage platform built in our attic to make room for new insulation. We were concerned a carpenter wouldn't take such a small job so also decided to ask to replace some damaged siding we had here and there around the house. I called DiOrio, and they agreed to come out that week. I had assumed I'd have to make a lot of calls to get someone to come out in the timeframe we needed, so was really happy there. DiOrio was upfront that taking off siding could reveal some underlying damage to the house, which happened to be the case for us. The job went from a $3K estimate to an actual cost of $12K given the extent of the damage. While the cost increase was overwhelming, DiOrio seemed to really know what they were doing. Everything appeared to be done in a high-quality and detailed way, and they communicated with us throughout the process. They were also able to finish the work in a timely way and not keep us hanging on for weeks or months. We're planning to have them back in the spring to check for damage under some additional areas of siding."

Turn Key Construction did an amazing job as you can see in the photographs. The entire team were courteous and friendly, and patient of the many changes I made as the build was progressing. "I contacted 14 contractors over the course of 2 and 1/2 years to replace and paint exterior trim that was causing leaking into our unit and the unit below. No one else would take the job due to the degree of difficulty. They had to do the work on the back of the building using 60 foot ladder and 50 foot on the front of the building in frigid weather during late December and early January. It was not cheap, but reasonable due to the conditions to take on the job. They not only replaced and painted all trim where necessary, but prepped and painted all the trim on the back of the building and some extra on the front at no extra charge. Very pleased."
