"I contacted Robert S. to discuss a water leak from our master bath through our kitchen ceiling, which we have been dealing with for about 3 years in our 5 year old new construction home. He patiently listened to the history of this leak issue and how we have had the shower caulked multiple times and the caulk continually cracks. We were resigned to the idea that we would need to tear out our entire shower to fix this. Robert was at our house with his plumber within days, diagnosed the issue which did not entail ripping out the shower. We will be replacing our shower doors which were improperly installed by the builder and Robert will be repairing our water damaged ceiling. They came by, assessed the area with proper measurements, demolished and redid a whole new Trek and vinyl railings front deck. They worked well with my wife and I's desires and we couldn't be happier. Due to Covid, materials took much longer than expected, but once it was all said and done it was worth the wait. Jarci kept in great communication with us and made sure when the materials would come in and what would be done in the project. Definitely would hire again."
