This has included exterior trim replacement, replacing a box window with a French door and side light unit, and replacing a large unusually sized window. He also built a beautiful mahogony deck. Indoors, he installed a french door which included fine trim work. In addition, he hired excellent subcontractors to powerwash and paint our home and build a patio, porch and walks. We highly recommend Anthony's carpentry skill, as well as his problem solving, planning and coordination skills. He is also a dependable, honest person of fine character."

"The service was good and they fixed what we needed them to. The only comment is that the minimum fee of 1 hour + materials was a bit expensive compared to what we would have expected but definitely I would hire them again because they did a good job if I cannot fix some things myself"

"Mr. Baker answered the phone the first time I called.  I did not have to leave a message and wait for someone to call me back.  He was very flexible with scheduling the estimate for a time that was convenient for me.  He came out at 8 am on a Saturday morning looked at the issue and immediately provided me with the estimate.  The work was then completed the following Wednesday, which was within four days of giving the estimate.  Did not have to wait a week or two to get the job done. <br /> With the help of an assistant, he took out the door and releveled the opening so that the door would close and lock properly.  This require the removal of some siding from the house as well as a little bit of the interior molding.  After the door was reinstalled, he spent a lot of time adjusting it to make sure the door closed securely.  It is now working better than before I had the issue.  The entire job took about 3 hours. <br />"

"We have used Ton Adams twice to install windows. Our interactions leading up to installation were positive. Expect to wait for an installation date though. It did take a while to get dates on the calendar both times. The crew lead by Jay is awesome, and we requested them multiple times. They are professional, friendly and personable. They took the time to do the installation correctly, and they also took the time to talk to us about issues or info about the windows. There were a couple minor issues. One involved a delivered screen that was not the right size. The other involved a broken piece of one window. Both issues were addressed professionally and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. As mentioned it can take some time to get things scheduled."

"We needed a company to replace two basement windows whose frames had rotted away and were leaking significant amounts of water into our house. In order to prevent a flood, we had to apply large amounts of hydraulic cement to the edges, and a lot of it ended up on the floor below where it quickly solidified. Don't worry - this is important to the story, and all of it occurred before we even knew Cook's Glass existed - keep reading! After bailing out tons of water from our brand new basement swimming pool, we called Cook's Glass and an actual person immediately scheduled a visit to our home. The representative, Len, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and mentioned they would return once the proper parts came into the shop. We paid a 50% deposit and sent him on his way. Fast forward around 6 weeks, and we were surprised to see Len return, on-time, with two very capable and professional workers. They had promised a total work time of four hours start to finish, which we initially found hard to believe. About three hours later, however, they were all done. Now, granted, these aren't floor to ceiling windows made of ornate stained glass, but in that time the old ones were gone and new ones installed, secured, and caulked with no issues. They cleaned up after themselves, and for some reason EVEN REMOVED THE SOLIDIFIED HYDRAULIC CEMENT WE HAD PREVIOUSLY LEFT ON THE GROUND. Wow. Len, knowing it would rain the next day, gave us a couple things to look out for, and mentioned that if we saw any leaks whatsoever, that we could call him at any time to repair it. Now that is true professionalism."
