"I use them only because they cover my warranty. They give you an appointment for days after you call them you wait days for the part to fix it and to install it. They gave me an estimated time and the repairman shows up later Example: Twice my appointment time was scheduled for 12-4 pm and showed up at 7:00 pm or later . They have been unable to fix the air conditioning unit because of not having proper equipment for making. repair on the truck. The workers are courteous but I have found some operators in the call center rude and unhelpful . Upon warranty expiration I will not be using this company"

"Keith came out the same day I called and identified the water leak under our hot water heater. He and his son came out three days later and jackhammered the slab and replaced the broken pipe. They then refilled the hole and laid new cement and replaced the hot water heater. Keith then took the extra trouble to re-route and replace the water supply lines to meet code. Now we have hot water and NO LEAK! Other than a slight change of concrete color you can't tell the repair was ever done. We are extremely pleased with the team Keith and his son and highly recommend Blue Boxer Plumbing!"

"Gold Medal really helped out after our sewer line backed up into our basement. The other pros all wanted us to pay for a camera view first for several hundred. Then the actual cleaning of the line was $500 and up depending on the results of the camera. Gold Medal had a fixed price for cleaning out a sewer line. They came and quickly diagnosed the problem and cleaned it out. Our technician Brett was awesome and even put us in touch with DryTech to assist cleaning up the water damage."

"I can't say enough about Drain King!! We have an ongoing problem in our Levitt home where a few times a year, when the washing machine drains, it backs up into the kitchen sink. We have used Chuck and Drain King in the past and they always came through. This time, I didn't recall the name of his company so I called another service. They came and spent nearly 1.5 hours attempting to unclog the drain, I could tell they really didn't know what to do. Told me my pipes were probably broken....They finally stopped and said no charge, then came back and said because they spent a long time trying to clear the drain, they would charge me full price.
