"The work went very, very well. Over two days, Cody was on time and right on-point in terms of the problems I might have with an old home. He was able to deal with all the challenges of working in an older home in a cost-effective way way, all the time educating me on how to best care for my house and what to expect. I was told by "professional floor installers" that my bathroom floor could not be installed without a 'major' rehab'. Cody took a look and came up with an extremely great plan for replacing the floor and it looks fantastic AND it was done correctly without compromising the integrity of the house / plumbing! He always has a solution, is always thinking about the final cost and is just the best person to remodel, remake or fix up your house. As a single woman, it is such a wonderful thing to have a knowledgeable, HONEST person who will share his talent and time without ripping you off. "The roof had suffered substantial wind damage. I called Advantage Roofing and Tim came to do an estimate. He was very professional, very punctual, and explained the entire process of roof replacement and insurance to me. The job was done exactly as promised. It was on time, done correctly, everything was cleaned up, and they were very careful around the landscaping. They even did a few tiny favors for me! I was so pleased with everyone involved. Their office staff is also fantastic! EVERY TIME I call, I am greeted with cheerful, welcoming voices. Tim and EVERYONE at his company truly appreciate their customers! I would DEFINETLY hire them again...I will be a life-long customer....and I will ALWAYS use them for my investment properties. "We had our roof done by Ray St Clair in 2015. Just this year, 2020, we had a leak develop that apparently was on the 2nd floor roof and made it's way to the garage ceiling. Their quality inspectors came out right away and did work to stop any potential leaks. After several visits, confirmed that the leak was actually coming from a bathroom - incredibly hard to find - I've done a quick fix there and no more water. These guys were clearly very knowledgeable in their work and always punctual, courteous and left everything clean. They stood behind their work 5 years later, no questions asked. A great staff and very pleasant to work with. Thanks!"

"The sales rep was wonderful. We knew our shingles were old and needed to be replaced. The slew rep asked if our insurance was covering the cost or part of it. We said no. He inspected the roof and found a lot of hail damage. We contacted the insurance company. They sent out an inspector, and our sales rep came to shoe him pictures and to point out the damage, so insurance covered almost the entire cost! This company had a very good selection of materials and colors and the sales rep was very helpful with suggestions. The job was completed in one day. There was a wonderful project manager who was there the whole time, watching that things were done correctly. He answered questions and pointed out problems and their solutions. He had them re-do a small part because he wanted it perfect. All of the workers were industrious and conscientious.They took care to protect our siding, windows and landscaping. They cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased with the work, the materials, and the professionalism of all of the workers. I recommended them to a neighbor. Another neighbor saw the sales rep come and measure, and asked about having his roof done, and ended up having his done the same day! <br /> I highly recommend Roofing Annex! <br />"

"Our old skylight was leaking.  I called Molloy Roofing since we had used them on a previous home.  I was promised to have at least an estimate within 2 weeks.  Two weeks came and went and I was told they should have someone out within the following week.  After leaving another message with them and no return called I contacted Walter St. Clair Roofing.  Jerry St. Clair (Son) was here within 3-4 days, gave me an estimate which I accepted.  I was told it would be ordered and installed within 6-8 weeks.  They installed it within 7-10 days!  What a great company to work with!  Molloy Roofing called yesterday to set an estimate  date/time for the job.  They were told that we went with an extremely prompt and reliable company instead and they (Molloy) should learn a thing or two from them about customer service & promptness.  I would never use another company after having Walter St. Clair Roofing do this job.  I am extremely impressed and satisfied!"

"First off, this review took so long because I wanted to wait until I had an opportunity to use both fireplaces before writing this evaluation. <br /> My only complaint about both jobs was the length of time it took to complete them. The glass fireplace doors in the family room on the first delivery were not the right size and on the second try the wrong type of door, but the third try all was well. To Bromwell's credit they stayed with me and made sure I was completely satisfied and I am. <br /> The vented gas fireplace I believe was started towards the end of February and final inspection was the end of May. All of the delays were certainly not the fault of Bromwell's as some were due to inspection delays. But having said that we had to have repeat inspections because of code violations and at times we were also waiting on Bromwell's fireplace installers. But once again this was a coordinated effort between their framer (who was excellent) and the installers (who were also vey good). And since this was their and quot;busyand quot; season the installers were not always available. <br /> Over all I am very pleased with the final outcome and cannot say enough positive things about the workmanship on both jobs. I do not think one could find a better carpenter than Bill. The installers of the fireplace also did a fine job by me as I requested the chimney be routed to the back of the house where as the fireplace was in the front of the house and this was done through the attic. <br /> Compliments should also be paid to Todd who coordinated this job and stayed with me from start to finish to make sure all my needs were meet and that I was completely satisfied. Which I am! <br /> I would strongly recommend Bromwell's for their quality of workmanship but suggest one try to schedule them during the and quot;offand quot; season. <br /> <br /> <br />"
