"I tried an Angie's List Deal - 2 hours of plumbing for $75.  The man was not a plumber so he looked at my problems, spent two hours, was very nice and professional.  However, he was unable to fix anything and suggested that I get a new faucet.  More disappointed in Angies List than I was in him.  I trusted Angie's List to sell accurate services, not handyman services under the name of plumbing.

They also wouldn't cover all the work recommended by the plumber. Essentially I had a broken pvc in an outside faucet and they wanted him to reuse the faucet instead of replacing it. So I would have had a 1/2 in pipe with 2 connectors...to an old faucet just to save $30. I paid out of pocket so it's right but really? Again plumber was AWESOME. Showed early and returned next day to confirm leak was fixed and patched the holes."

We found that the way the fan had been mounted, there was no way to replace it with a new fan. So he took the back with him to Dayton and found someone who could repair it. Then, he came back, put the fan back in, and cleaned the gutters and cut up and disposed of big tree limbs. It was such a relief to get the fan fixed!
