"This is actually the 2nt time we had work done by Quentin at Chimney Solutions. First, installing a cap on a fireplace chimney last year (including sweep etc), second repacking a cap on a furnace exhaust pipe. Both times it was absolutely professional and an enjoyable experience. Quentin went the extra mile to make the job’s result look fantastic. We highly recommend Chimney Solutions and Quentin’s really great!"

"Denise and Marc week great from start to finish. Chimney cleaning, repair crack, resealing, rain pan and cap replacement. Overall, I'm happy with the work. Definitely recommend."

"Great customer service and even better knowledge and work on our fireplaces. The two service technicians did a fabulous job for us!"

"Chimney cleaning was scheduled and performed quickly, replacing an old chimney cap as well. Professional and did a great job!"

"Devon and Casey were great, came out and took some measurements and were back within a few days to put the caps on. Unfortunately, the measurements were a bit off for one of the caps and they had to remanufacture it before they could install it. The guys were really awesome and came out on a Saturday so that the cap was installed before Tropical Storm Irma came through. They also took pictures of the installation so that I could see the work they did. Unfortunately for me, I found a few leaks along the chimney, post storm and at first I was concerned that maybe the flashing was damaged during the pan installation. Steve and the guys listen to my concerns and came back out to reinspect everything, which I really appreciated. They were completely willing to step up and take responsibility. Bad news for me was that the flashing wasn't properly sealed around the metal roof, Good news for them was that they did everything right. I would totally recommend these guys and if I have any more chimney needs, they'll be the first I call."

"I thought they gave me a thorough examination, but I did have a second look and they didn't think we needed the type of work they suggested. They looked up the type of floo I needed and they said that they didn't make the type I needed anymore, but they were able to find a contractor who could fix it instead of replace it. The cleaning was fine."

"Very responsive - came out the next day to measure the chimney and do extensive cleaning (we had wasps - ew!). They got the chimney cap replacement sooner than expected and were out within the day to replace it. Will definitely use again for any chimney needs! Highly highly suggest."

"Perfection Roofing and Siding did an outstanding job replacing and painting the siding on my chimney. They did such a great job on my chimney, I had them paint my entire home. Russ is a man of his word."

"Shinya come out 7 am in the morning to fit in with my schedule. He thoroughly inspected my gutter situation and gave my suggestion on what gutter repair/replacement should be done. He did not try to upsell any of his own service. He cleaned up clogged spots of my gutter so I can wait for the repair/replacement been done by a gutter company."

"Arturo did a thorough analysis of my roof issues and delivered a detailed estimate of recommended repairs and some additions which seemed reasonable but not necessary. I decided to use another contractor to do only the repairs without the additions proposed by Dr. Roof."
