We had family staying with us for Thanksgiving, and asked that the inside portion of our project not begin until after they left. Moran was happy to work around this. Along the way, they would ask us if we'd like to include certain options, and informed us of the price difference. They also pointed out where our old double door had been leaking, causing damage. They were able to diagnose the extent of the damage, and then make the necessary repairs within a matter of hours. This was an additional $3k unexpected cost, but fortunately we had planned a little room in our budget for this type of thing. Overall we are very pleased with the finished product, and enjoyed working with Vered Renovations. We will gladly hire them again for future renovation projects."
