They finished our basement, which included adding a bedroom, full bath, kitchenette with bar, living room, entertainment area, the addition of non-existing windows and double doors, and storage areas. Rob was very thorough and patient with us during the design phase, and he guided us through the times we were indecisive or overwhelmed during the planning process. Whenever my husband or I presented a change or new idea, Rob and Crystal either made it happen, or they would be honest about why it wouldn't work. They would help us brainstorm and offer suggestions. We appreciated their integrity and honesty for never allowing corners to be cut for the sake of fitting a square peg into a round hole, and we never felt pressured into going along with a design idea that we weren't totally comfortable with. Both Rob and Crystal went the extra mile for us during the weeks of our renovation. Rob met us out on a Saturday to help us shop for interior finishes when we started to lose steam and he came over after midnight one weekend when there was a minor water issue, which he got resolved immediately. The work crews Rob hires are pleasant, do great reliable work, and we never felt uncomfortable leaving the house or letting our children run loose around the yard. All of the work was completed within Rob's initial predicted eight week timeframe, and that included workers coming back out to fix anything we pointed out that needed addressing. If you're looking for a quality renovation, Stephenson Construction won't disappoint. I recommend them to anyone looking to update and add value to their home. We got everything we wanted and more, and now we have a beautiful basement friends, family, and neighbors (and us) rave about! We would do it again in a heartbeat."
