Has a lot of experience with stucco repair and maintenance from previously living and working in humid/hot/wet Miami. He found the root of the moisture issue that was causing a swath of my exterior stucco to come loose, and he meticulously replaced and primed/waterproofed the wood, wire mesh, and stucco, and his team painted the exterior portions without even a single stray drop on the driveway. "Jim knows what he is doing and is very resourceful/creative at solving difficult problems.  He has been updating my 45 year old home since last summer.  If you expect a rigid 9a - 5p schedule, that may be difficult due to his purchasing of supplies, crew scheduling, and so on, but he will be there and do what needs to be done to get the job completed well.  Jim does not have a problem with fix-it/touch-up issues which may arise after the big job is done.  I recommend Jim highly and have other future projects, which he will be doing  as well.  In addition, Jim has replaced a outdoor basement window-well, custom built shelving/garden station in the garage, power washed the house exterior . . . the list is long! <br />"

"We had BlueLine out to repair some siding and soffit that was loose. It was a very small job for them, and I appreciate them taking time to do it. It did take longer than I would have expected to get someone out for an estimate (almost 3 weeks after we called to request one), especially for such a small job, then took close to a week after that to actually get the estimate. Apparently, they prepare and send estimates out in the office on Mondays. I wish they had told us that when they were out, though, because we were on a short timeline to get some work done prior to closing.  <br /> Once we did get an estimate, it was less than a week to get them out here. They showed up promptly as scheduled. He realized he didn't have a piece he needed and had to go get it. Unfortunately, his truck broke down. They promptly called us (both the worker who came out to the house and the office) to let us know and they came out to finish the job the next business day.  <br /> No problems with the quality of the work itself. <br />"

"Went very, very well. Solid communication from start to finish, including during the transport itself. Pricing was at the high end of the quote range, but not obscene, and what I received in return was a white-glove service using an enclosed trailer with an experienced professional. Complete inspection of the car before and after, with pictures noting the exact condition of the car, interior and exterior - including the milage and contents of the glove box. This is not a subcontracting / middle-man company like so many auto transport vendors are - they bid on and perform the work themselves through their well-established and successful freight business. I wouldn't hesitate to put another high-value automobile into their care."

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"Rick and his partner were punctual, friendly and very professional. Our family room has a lot of trim and they took the time to prime, paint and caulk all the trim including the sliding french doors, windows, and bookcase. After that, they sprayed painted the walls. For the most part it was adequate coverage, but there are a few spots that I noticed that could have had an additional coat. I think next time (due to the type of paint purchased) I would ask for there to be a little more drying time between coats. These areas are minor so overall I think that they did  a really good job."
