"First let me just say that we are absolutely thrilled with our major re-imagining of our kitchen, new conservatory room and of course our master bathroom. Tell projects is a family owned business. We selected them from others we interviewed because they have an excellent reputation and provide personal service and attention to detail from the design phase to demolition, construction and finishing. Ours was a major renovation involving changing the entire load bearing structure of our house, creating new indoor space from what was previously an outdoor patio and then a complete renovation of our entire kitchen and master bathroom. All of the work was custom made and executed by Tell's own craftsmen. The attention to detail was quite impressive, right down to the project manager personally walking our property regularly with us to plan and make adjustments to the project as necessary. With such a major renovation, invariably, changes will be made and delays will occur due to weather, materials on backorder etc, but throughout the entire process, the design team, the project manager and the staff at Tell were always working to meet and exceed our needs. We even had regular discussions with the owner who often reached out to us to gauge our level of satisfaction. There is no such thing as a perfect world, and there were times when we had some concerns about some minor issues relating to prep work ahead of our appliance install date, but the folks at Tell were relentless and they got it right and the end result was spectacular. Kudos to Ellie, Adrianna, Zach, Adner, Fernando , Denis and Gustavo. I know I have not mentioned everyone due to space constraints but let me leave with this. If you want your project completed as perfectly as possible by people who actually CARE about their work and take pride in what they do, choose Tell Projects but hey, don't take my word for it....look for yourself"

"I enjoyed working with Beau. He understood exactly what I wanted done. He make a few suggestions which kept me from making some major mistakes (like locking in my fridge if I extended the island). Beau communicated with me regularly through the whole process.. The different teams did I great job. Again, they worked closely with me to be sure the outcome would match my vision. I love my house. I would not change one thing that was done.. My home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, formal living and dining, family room, breakfast room, laundry room, and kitchen (3000 sq ft). It took a total of 10 weeks to be the job completed due to the carpet selected being on back order. My only complain was the wholesaler used. Not all the items I selected was not ordered and the quantities were not correct on a few things. This lead to the delay in completion of the project. This was not on Beau."

"We had a home addition and remodel project and used Home Advisor and other outlets to find ISC Construction Services. We did get multiple bids from other companies but ultimately we selected ISC and Isaac Saldana to complete our project because he was honest, upfront, friendly and the price was reasonable. From the beginning, Isaac and his team were responsive, thorough and reasonable in dealing with our multitude of questions and concerns. He also was prompt in getting back to us to keep us informed and getting the job done. All projects of this magnitude will have delays and issues that come up. Count on it. That is why it is important that consumers take that in consideration for planning and etc. But working with Isaac and ISC Construction, they made it as comfortable and seamless as possible when dealing with change and delays and issues. The quality of work was great and met our objectives. Again, if we saw something that didn't quite look right or whatever, Isaac would quickly address our concerns to fix the issue or explain why they had to do something different. I will say that the home owners need to be engaged and ask questions with the contractors to make sure you get what you want. Even the best contractors need the home owners engagement to get what you want. From a budget standpoint ISC Construction was reasonable. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. We felt confident with the budget for the project and knowing that our financing type limited our options for any increase in costs Isaac worked hard to get as much done as possible with our budget. In terms of schedule for getting the job done we definitely went over schedule past the original planned schedule but with this type of project I would say it is unavoidable sometimes. We did have weather as an obstacle, which you can't plan for and did hit a small delay at the beginning do to having to move some utilities out of our addition. But again, Isaac kept us informed and tried to keep it on track as best possible. The important thing was that he kept us informed. Overall, we had a great experience working with ISC Construction Services and Isaac. We would recommend him for any major Home renovation or addition project not to mention new home builds to others."

"I worked very closely with Abdul on the entire job, and also worked with Larry as well on some of the cabinet and design stuff. The project involved a house that was built in 1965 and had partially been updated along the way. However, in many cases the updates that had been done prior to my ownership, were updates on top of things that were built in 1965. <br /> De Flooring came in and provided a whole new look to the house by getting rid of the paneling and updating with sheetrock, and then installing tile that looks like wood in the major living areas. This alone really changed the look of the house. <br /> Where the major change occurred was the master bath. The master bath was originally broken into two rooms, which made the main part of the bathroom very small. The other room was a makeup or dressing area and allowed for an area to sit with a mirror and counter area. DE Flooring came in and tore down the wall separating the two rooms, removed all fur downs above the cabinets and the shower. Installed a whole new ceiling, glass walled shower which opened up the shower and the bathroom, installed new cabinets with lots of storage with a beautiful granite top. Abdul oversaw the entire project, and two things I liked the most in dealing with Abdul was he took care of everything, and he had a high standard of quality. If he did not like something, he made his contractors make it right. I love my new bathroom, and hope to update the other bath down the road. <br /> I would and will use DE Flooring again in the future."
