Since my job involved replacing pipe he did have to wait for adhesive to bond giving him time to complete 3 other jobs as well in my area. "This past weekend, my third floor toilet/sinks were backing up due to a lost plumbing snake. I called SmartChoice and spoke with Carlos this past Sunday. He came out Sunday night and looked at the situation. He returned Monday with Travis and tried to get the snake out but couldn't (He removed the toiled, put in a camera and tried taking it out that way). He finally returned this morning (with Travis) and finished the job. He cut into the wall into our garage and pulled it out. I really appreciated the fact that Carlos tried multiple ways to get the snake out before cutting into the wall. He did not immediately pick the most expensive option.

"I called and tried to schedule appointments with 3 companies with solid ratings from Angie's list. Tony, the owner, was quick to respond and schedule an appointment for a quote last December. We reviewed the quote and scheduled him for the second week of January. Over the New Year's holiday, my Mother, the home-owner, had a stroke and Tony was very cooperative about helping us get the job done around our schedule. He offered good advice about paint quality and colors. He repaired any cracks or joint issues and painted the Master bedroom, a two story feature wall in the living area, all of the kitchen and eating area, the upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom. We had damage in the two-story rotunda ceiling and the dining room from Hurricane Harvey and he repainted and re-textured both of these and we are very pleased. We also needed to repair comers and trim on the stairs that the dog had chewed as a puppy. He took care of this and you cannot even tell there was ever damage. He repaired a hole a plumbing estimate put in the master closet wall and repainted it as well as repairing some minor grout issues on the kitchen back splash.
