"Outstanding work. Very professional and punctual. It all started with a visit to Houston Custom Carpets to look for carpeting for our new house. Edmund Leach answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. He drafted out a plan and presented us with an outline. He assisted us in picking carpet style and color, granite counter top and back splash, as well as recess lighting that met our needs. During the middle of the project we decided to install flooring and gave Edmund a call and he came over the next day took measurements and drafted another plan for us. We loved it. The most amazing part of this remodel was the price. We had two ceiling fans, four recess lights, and a new deep sink installed. LVP was installed in the kitchen, entrance hall, master bath, and hallway bathroom. Carpeting through the entire house. The company mapped out a strategic plan and had the work go seamlessly. During the project materials form out state would not arrive as planned and Edmund quickly followed-up and found another dealer which was local and had the material the next day ready for installation. Mr. Edmund was a dedicated man. He called several times to check in on the project and even came over twice to check on the work, once on his day off, and answered any questions we had. We are very pleased and happy with the amazing work completed on our house from Houston Custom Carpets."

We had spare hardwood to use in the family room area. Alex, our installer, called every day he came out to tell us exactly when he would arrive. "I had Ruben‘s workers install tile, crown molding, and paint the interior of a 2400 square-foot home. They were also supposed to build a screened porch. They get five stars for tile installation, Crown molding installation, and painting. The screen porch project did not work out, but Ruben did other things for me to make up for what I paid for the screen porch that they were not able to deliver. I highly recommend Ruben and his people, because they are very capable workers and want to ensure that you’re satisfied."
