"I do not remember the cost for the last job.  The very first time we used him, I got three estimates and I think I got all the names from Angie's List.  The reason I chose him was because he came in the lowest estimate.  It was significantly lower.  The first estimate I got was $3000.00 and the second one was around $5000.00.  He came in at $1200.00.  I asked him if he was doing something different and he told me he wasn't.  He ended up doing the work for $1200.00 and we have not had a problem since.  That's why we have called him out again plus he takes the Angie's List discount which is official.  He is a one man show though and the other ones were big companies so I think he is able to keep the costs down a little bit that way.  I think it is just him and his son.  I have called him before when he has been busy and I haven't been able to get him.  It is just because it is only him and that was a night time thing.  He does quality work.  I think he has been prompt."
