"Scott was really polite and patient, was willing to answer any questions I had, and accommodate any last minute changes or issues that I might of had during the installation and upgrade to a tankless water heater. He did excellent high quality work on the installation."

"Fantastic. Everyone at Cold Is On The Right, from Kari in the office to Billy in the field, is terrific. Our job was complicated: remove two conventional hot water heaters, one of which was in the attic, and replace them with a tankless system. In addition, our house had two separate water loops, which need to be merged into one. Cold Is On The Right did everything on-time and on-budget. They're professional in every way. I recommend the company unreservedly and count myself a customer for life. Jeff Bowden, Austin."

"These guys were Amazing! Two months ago my pilot light on my 15 year old water heater went out. They were out within three hours to relight and give us a quote on a tankless system. The bid was very reasonable so I called the operations manager and asked him if we should move forward with the installation or hold off until the old water heater died. Naturally I assumed he would push me to replace but he said he would hold off until the old one died. I was completely impressed that they didn’t to encourage me to buy right away. Two months later on Thanksgiving it started leaking. I called Excalibar back on Thanksgiving thinking I would be leaving a message and they answered. Not only did they answer but they scheduled replacement of the hot water heater for Monday and it was done by the end of day on Monday. We couldn’t be happier with the service or the tankless product. I would absolutely consider paying a little extra to get the recirculating system so that you have “on demand” hot water. It’s really nice to jump in the shower and have hot water immediately."

"On time, good price, excellent work. Miguel replied promptly, answering my questions, and explaining what was involved in replacing a water heater and bringing the installation up to code. I had no idea that replacing a water heater was so complicated or expensive. Fortunately, Miguel and his crew took care of all the details and I was able to enjoy a hot shower less than 24 hours after calling. I highly recommend Torres Plumbing."

"Colin Badgett was the pro who arrived timely to give me an estimate on replacing my 13 year old water heater. He was friendly, eager to provide information and assurance that the job could be done easily and promptly. He provided three different levels of Rheem heaters from which to choose. He also provided information on available to ease the cost burden. This pro and his company are great! Thanks, Colin! They were not chosen only because another company offered a better discount and then, as it turned out, tried to renege on their offer. Next time, I’m going with Mr. Blodgett and his company."

"I called on a Saturday afternoon & they were able to come out within 30 minutes and replaced my hot water heater! My home warranty company was going to make me wait a week without hot water! I was so thankful to Excalibur for giving me hot water so quickly!"
