"Bruce and Bill of Williams and Associates Mechanical Contracting recently removed and replaced my 18 year old oil fired boiler and added an indirect fired water heater. I had been saving for this project for over a year and had been geeking out in my avid research (Thanks Internet!) of products available, reviews and costs, as well as the reputation and reliability of local heating and plumbing contractors. I knew what I wanted, I just needed to stay within my budget and find a contractor I could trust. It is therefore, my pleasure to let others know, on the same web review sites that I referred to, how overwhelming pleased I am to have worked with Bruce Williams and his team. They skillfully removed and installed the heating system in a day, took pride in their work and took the time to explain the new system and to fully answer all my questions. Bruce and Bill clearly like what they do for a living, have great people skills and work very well together. I was able to get the very best of products and still come well under budget. I cannot thank these guys enough! Honest, Professional and Reliable! My dusty, unfinished basement with my new Viessmann boiler, Carlin burner and HTP indirect fired water heater is now my favorite part of the house!"

We woke up this morning to a very cold house...we did everything we were supposed to do to try to start the furnace ourselves but we couldn't get it started. It was Sunday and I didn't want to bother them BUT...It was cold. So...I called Griswold. Jeremy came out, after taking care of a no water call, mind you, and went down to assess the problem. He found what was wrong but couldn't fix it because he didn't have the right parts with him...like I said "old furnace". He came back a couple of days later with the parts and Demetri.
