"We live in Dallas Georgia and decided to get our walkout basement finished for my mom to have her own apartment. Creative Basements did a bedroom, bathroom, living room for about 850 ft.². It took about three months starting in the last quarter of 2020 and just finished in January 2021. They did a great job and all the work was performed better than expected. Jason was really easy to work with. I definitely recommend Jason and Creative Basements for anybody looking to remodel their basement. Great value, great communication, no hassle, and delivered as promised. Thanks Jason!"

"I couldn’t be happier with how my basement remodel turned out! From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and incredibly detail-oriented. They helped transform what used to be an ok man cave to a custom at home personal sports bar!! The craftsmanship is top-notch —lighting, and trim work are all flawless. They also stayed right on schedule and within budget, which is rare these days. I especially appreciated how they communicated and was not thrown off by the ongoing questions and changes that was thrown at them. Now we have a beautiful new living area that’s perfect for family gatherings and guests. I’d absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel their basement or any part of their home. Outstanding work! We will be giving them a call in a few months to remodel our master bathroom. Great guys not only as contractors but in general also made new friends!!!"

"Very happy with services rendered. They were prompt and completed all work thoroughly. Also respectful of being in our home and made sure to clean up once work was finished!"

"Amazing. We thought that this might be part of a larger electrical problem. They were able to identify and fix the issue fast and effectively. This was a critical issue as it was causing a loss of electricity in half of our basement."

"They remodeled one bathrooom back in 2019 and I had them do another bathroom and work in the kitchen. The tiling is perfection! They pay attention to detail, are conscientious about clean up as well. Also, they were able to work very fast!"

"G&D Construction did an excellent job remodelling. They are priced very competitively for a professional contacting company. New floors, trim, tile, a new tub and vanity, all look great. The crews were on time and professional, and Paul was easy to get in contact with when I needed him, and a pleasure to work with. Overall 10/10 would hire again."

"Excellent. The remodel was done on time with little interruption. They arrived on time and worked a full day. Great people. I will use them again."

"I received top quality service from the consultation until the floor was completed. They took me from vinyl roll flooring to nice porcelain tiles for a very reasonable price. Everything was completed on time with no issues or complications. Basement King will be my first pick for any home projects moving forward!"

"Great! I got several estimates and they were the best deal. They completed it in one day. Very clean, friendly and professional. You won't be sorry if you hire them."

"It went very well. The contractors showed up on time and worked hard to complete the remodel within the time frame I was quoted. The few issues that arose were promptly dealt with. The quality of the final product was high and we are happy with the result. We would definitely hire again."
