"Patio Enclosures was fantastic, the subcontractors that came to do the job were not. However, Patio Enclosures sent two Field Supervisors over to spend and entire day addressing all of our concerns. Overall, their customer service is what made us happy with this project and we absolutely love our 3-season room!"

"It went perfectly. I called and spoke to the office immediately. They came out the next day on a Sunday prepared to give an estimate and complete the job. Everything is done. They performed quality work with quality products, very professional, clean-cut, honest, efficient, fair price. We are very happy and highly recommend them."

"Patios Plus (Josh) called to explain his company was now a supplier of the roofing system and his company was authorized to make repairs.  We set up a time for him to come to the house, he arrived on the agreed-upon day, and went over and beyond what was needed to make sure the motor operated correctly."

"Jude did a complete gut and remodel of the kitchen and butler pantry in our 100 year-old house. Our goal was to ensure the historical integrity of our house while having modern upgrades. He completely understood the desire to do upgrades in keeping with the style of the house. He and his staff went out of their way to make sure the details matched the rest of the house, down to the trim on the doors. He was able to replace the transom window beautifully, which I hadn't even thought was possible. The workmanship is outstanding, I have never hired a contractor who was so focused on quality and meeting the customer's goals. So many contractors tell you all the things that are not possible in an old house and pay no attention to making the upgrades look right, and he was exactly the opposite. I thoroughly enjoyed his staff who were considerate, highly skilled, and cleaned up every day. A few of his subcontractors did not meet my (or his) expectations, but he always did what needed to be done to correct the issue. He is not cheap, but you get your money's worth. <br />"

"The former contractor I hired that I paid too much and walked out is Accurate Builders and Contracting. He left me with no toilets, no shower, and no tub. I haven't lived in my house since September. Tidwell Brothers Construction took over as general in terms of coordination, but I have separate contracts for each of my plumbing and electrical companies. He inherited something ugly and made it beautiful. It is drop dead gorgeous. The price is very good and the quality of their work is fabulous. Their punctuality is excellent and their professionalism is fabulous. I wouldn't use anybody else but this crew. Justin Tidwell was handed the mess when the first contractor I hired walked out. He turned something ugly and unusual to something beautiful and functional. He saw my vision and he got it, and it's gorgeous."

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Lebanon, MO

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
