"JLC Building Co. was very professional and kept me updated all through the old deck removal and new deck install of trex. They also replaced my old wood cellar windows with quality vinyl replacements (4)."

"I highly recommend this contractor. Very professional, proficient, and reasonably priced. Great communicator. Showed up when he said he would. Worked quickly and efficiently. End product looks great. My neighbor was so impressed when she saw his work that she hired him to clean, sand, and stain her deck too."

"If I could give 6 stars I would. Jack sanded my two decks, reinforced wobbly railings, replaced rotten boards, and stained all boards and railings. I was tempted to do some of this work myself until I realized I could not lift the sander. I am so glad I did not. Jack knew exactly how to fix the railings. He knew to recess the deck screws before sanding. He knew not to sand the deck until the moisture content reached a certain level. In short, I would have been totally out of my element if I had tried this work alone. I would hire Jack again in a nanosecond. He is knowledgeable, diligent, reliable, personable, and from what I saw, a highly skilled carpenter."

"From this first meeting to the job completion I couldn't ask for anything better. They did incredible work tearing down and building a new deck. Not only does it look amazing, they walked me through every step and made it super easy. If I had any questions or worried about anything the project manager, Ryan DePalma, was available almost 24/7 and the team back in the office replied to emails and calls very quickly. I highly recommend."

"Bruce is always honest and very fairly priced. Stays true with the estamint I hired him for tree felling and 2 new deck builds on the front and back of my house.
