"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. We are very impressed with the quick respond time, professionalism and quality of work including cleanup. "The boards on the porch of our house were rotting and needed to be
replaced, during the quoting process we decided on the materials to use we wanted Ipe boards (Expensive at $6.25 per linear foot ... but we felt well worth the price) Trust Builders LLC gave us the best quote of all received ranging between $13,000
to $22,000.  They came to our house after getting all of the necessary permits and arranging a trash skip.  Jim the foreman and master carpenter modeled supports for the roof that was sagging, removed the columns and boarding. 
The framing and footings under the porch were then inspected and found to be unsuitable for use.  Further funding was
required for the new footings and framing, these were added to the original quote of $13,000 and came to around $2000 (cost price for materials).
The porch was completed to spec and within budget within two weeks.
We are thrilled with the new porch and are probably going to hire Trust Builders LLC to build out our attic space."

"Kevin and team were nice to work with, good people. The remodel went well, except for some finishing work. Overall the bathroom is nice, just these finishing issues that make me hesitate to fully recommend. The new bathroom door was installed, but the trim work isn't quite right. Spackling was not done very well; I had to sand it. His plumber didn't install the tub spout tightly and when I went to tighten it, I discovered that it couldn't be installed properly. (so instead of telling me that so that I could replace it with another style, the plumber left it) The tile work by Top Notch Tile was done very nicely, except now I have to get the corners caulked because the grout cracked and they are unresponsive because I am "too far". If you live close to Top Notch Tile, I would use them, since you would be close enough that they could come back and repair any issues you might have. I would recommend Kevin if he brought in a carpenter and professional drywall installer to do those aspects of the work."

"In general I was very happy with the work performed and must thank Ricardo and his team for their patience and hard work. Ricardo was very prompt in responding to my initial email, came in to look at the work to be performed, and the product (Lumber Liquidator's Tobacco Road Wood). He gave an estimate pretty much on the spot which was nice given I had a short window in which to get the job done. Ricardo is very friendly and open, but incredibly busy which sometimes meant he was hard to get hold of, but connected he was present and in the moment.
His team of workers were just lovely. They came promptly, got to business and worked quickly. I also appreciated that they came to me if they had a question or wanted my opinion on layout. One particular moment stands out re the laying of molding. One end of the floor was higher than we all expected and the guys called me in to discuss. They also called Ricardo and together came up with a few options. In the end we had to go with a temporary solution that is not immediately noticeable (I've tested with friends), which is great.
Ricardo came back a few times to work on the molding, "thank you!".
All in all happy with the work and have no problem calling Five Start back in when ready to do other parts of the apartment.

"Frank Tedeschi and his men did an amazing job. The buffet had sustained substantial damage, both to the interior (drawer and frame crushed by an unsecured heavy shelf board) and the exterior (multiple scratches and dents, and two drawer faces that required replacing). Frank went to a great deal of trouble to match the wood that needed replacing, and the repaired and refinished piece looks as if it had never been damaged in the first place. We are more than delighted with the result! Frank and his crew had previously done a great job stripping and refinishing a large mid-century book/display shelf for us."
