"they promised material and labor 30 year warranty but never submitted it to GAF so now I have no recourse and roof is leaking. GAF doesnt know about the job and will not honor any warranty. THis job was done in 2004 and RJW tells me they are no longer licensed in NY so I am out of luck. The warranty they promised was worthless."

"Sun room is fine but if anything ever breaks, you are up the creek without a paddle. The sliding glass door rollers have worn out and need replacement. Called multiple times & left a message. Nothing. The rollers are proprietary to their product. Unless you have the availability of a machine shop, good luck."
