"When my water heater was in need of repair, I called them, they were prompt, courteous and professional. My water heater was 29 years old, no hope of a repair. I was shocked how much it cost to replace it. But I was given several options. I was told there was an issue with my vent, that there was a backdraft. I thought it was a sales pitch, so I found out how to check it my self. It was true, Carbon Monoxide was coming back into my basement. Yiikes. I went with a tankless water heater, mainly because of the warranty. The plumbers we very fast and friendly, it was complete in 5 hours. Inspection was included, of course we passed. He worked all afternoon removing and installing my water heater. He wore the booties and put them on the wheels of the dolly to protect my carpet. He cleaned up when he was finished. Added bonus, Amazon delivered two heavy boxes while he was here, and knowing I recently had shoulder surgery, he carried the boxes up my stairs for me! He moved furniture back in place. I highly recommend. Schneller also offers a 10 year warranty on cost and labor! I would have given a better rating on value of the cost, but I have no idea what the cost should be. Side note, I waited from 8am to noon for another plumbing company (whose name sounds happy). I finally called around 2:30 pm, and was told the plumber was delayed!! A phone call would have been nice! So I decided not to use them."
