I had an incomplete porch project started by another company. I contacted Shreve Company . They came to my home, assessed the situation,figured out how to fix the mistakes that were made by the other company and developed a plan keeping my dream vision in mind. I now have a beautiful 3 season room. It was a pleasure to work with Shreve . I plan to use their services for other home projects."

"Our new bath and shower is beautiful. Caulking could be a little neater/nicer but fine. We waited the full 24 hours for drying and began to use it. The day after we started using it we found a wet spot on our dining room ceiling under the tub/shower. We called West Shore and they had somebody out within two hours to stop and fix the leaking. West Shore made arrangements for the ceiling to be repaired on a Saturday so we would not miss any more time from work. I asked for the local manager to give me a call and no one has communicated with us. I appreciate that the problem has been fixed but the trust is gone. Are we going to have further problems? I feel as if the company needs to make things right with us and keep the promises of trust and quality we were given during the sales pitch."
