"Installers showed up quickly, needed only 1/2 day to remove old, inoperative hardware and install the new. They gave clear instruction, and repeated the salesman's promise of a check-in follow-up visit in about 30 days. 60 days later I began calling people. I had questions about the water. I was passed around like a basketball in pre-game drills, with several theories and more promises, and EXCUSES. After 6 months, a service manager appeared, tested the water in my presence, said it is ok. Further, he explained that others to whom I'd spoken didn't want to make the 5 hour round trip. (Wasn't a problem for the installation which got them PAID! Once they had the $$, it was too much trouble)."

"OK in general. The work was delayed a lot by the weather. The rotten top two 2x4 beams (10 feet long) were removed and replaced and primer placed on the bare wood during the first visit. That part of the job was excellent. When it came time to paint the new wood, the worked thought he was to do the carpentry work first. He noted it was done and offered to paint the entire trellis. He used a roller then a brush, but it was blue on blue, and I couldn't tell if anything was not painted. However it was clear he did not cover the white primer on the new wood well at all. There were multiple white areas showing. This could not be seen at eye level, but was glaringly obvious as you went up the stairs to our front porch, and was easily seen from the porch. I reported this to the manager, and she sent out a professional to finish the job correctly."

"I met with Bill to receive an estimate to replace all the water lines in my house. I was very impressed right from the start with his honesty. His estimate was exactly what I expected it should be and I hired him without getting any further estimates. Bill arrived early on the date scheduled to begin the work with everything needed to complete the project. It took two days to complete the installation and I was only without water for part of the second day. He has a lot of experience doing a job like this and it was very apparent because he was able to do the job with only having to make openings in a couple of walls, which made me very happy. I can’t say enough about how beautiful his work was. He did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with his work. He is also a very personable man and I enjoyed the time he spent in my home. I would not hesitate to hire Bollman Brothers Plumbing for any future needs, and I highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs!!"

They were there on time, they kept the jobsite clean and the install was top notch. Even the heating and air conditioning contractor who came in the next day to replace the heating and central a/c system commented on how well the install was.
