They had the special for $99 for a complete home surge protection package, and they charged me $100 more for the surge protector for my type of electrical panel. I don’t think it was a bait and switch – it did seem to take more time – but I’d like it if they’d notify you about the extra charges for recessed panels. I might use them again; I'd certainly get an estimate for a future job."

"Bill was very knowledgeable with our lightning rod project. Performed a full installation to our home. The very tall chimney was a lightning magnet, and he used a custom attachment for it and a low profile system to suit our home, did a perfect job with the grounding cable, it can hardly be seen from the ground. He also provided a free inspection to an existing lightning rod system on the barn and our building. Very reasonably priced, and we are very happy with our new investment. "Haller removed an old ac system and replaced it with a heat pump. The work included installing an additional return in the family room (split level home) to return air from the lowest point in the house. The crew was knowledgable, their work was neat, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. The work was completed in 2 days and the new Carrier system works great so far. Looking forward to see how it performs next fall and winter."

"The first time we called Powerman it was past 5:00pm on a Friday night. He returned our call by 7:00pm and scheduled time to meet with at 10:00am the very next morning on a Saturday. We were moving into a new house and needed him to help with various problems around the house. He gave us an incredibly fair estimate for all of the things we needed worked on and we were able to get him scheduled to do the work the right away. A little while later, an outdoor light he has installed for us stopped working. We reached out an he sent someone to look at it the same day. We found out the light had gone bad -- and just needed to install a new one. He didn't charge us for checking it out even though it wasn't his fault! A few months later we had an emergency where a section of the house's electricity stopped working. I called him late that night and he was over the very next day to find the problem and fix it! I cannot more highly recommend Mike -- he is incredibly responsive, affordable, a fantastic electrician and all around great guy! Look no further, your lifetime electrician is right here!!!"

"Danny came on a service call to look at an exterior outlet that did not work when I bought my house years ago. He did a lot of detective work to find out where the issue was, and gave me some repair options. He recommended scheduling a new appointment with a half-day deal, rather than continuing the repair with the service call rate. He also gave me a list of supplies that I could pick up in advance to save some time (and money). When he came back, he installed a new junction box, connected the wires to a circuit (it didn't work because the wires were just tied off), and replaced and sealed the outlet. He had to remove and reinstall the dishwasher in the process, and cleaned up the work area well. Danny was very nice, answered all my questions, and took the time to do things right. I plan to hire him again."
