We did agree to have them do the job as they could be out early the next week. I wanted a copy of the contract to read but he told me I would get it by email in a few days"

They came back out and reinstalled my vapor barrier correctly and cleaned up under the house a bit. My house was 10 months old at the time. I also had excavation work building a burn in front of the home and drainage to divert the water from the house. My issue: I have called Corey and Adam multiple times to get the shims installed, like over 20. I have tried the help desk but they cannot get me anyone from management. I cannot get them to come and finish the job. I have been forced to post this and am filing a claim with the BBB. Beware of AFS."
