Kamil, the owner's son, came out the following day, Friday, and by that evening I had a written estimate. I texted Kamil acceptance of the estimate and was scheduled for the installation the following Friday. Taylor and Chris showed up promptly at 8:30am on Friday and by 3:30pm the job was completed. Both the outside and inside units were professionally installed with great care and attention to detail. Both Taylor and Chris went out of their way to ensure my complete satisfaction, answered all my questions and did a thorough clean up before leaving the site. "Ken came out originally to do some duct cleaning but noticed that a lot of our supply and returns weren’t sealed properly with mastic (he showed us the areas that needed work). He came back out and sealed all the ducts, installed an air purifier and cleaned and sanitized all the ductwork. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional and hard working.
