"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We just had a French drain installed along with a new sump pump and pit in our basement and had the floors epoxyed afterwards. The project manager, Kenny, was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning he explained everything that their team would be doing, gave me updates throughout the day. If I had a question or concern Kenny was patient with me and continued to make sure any questions/concerns were addressed, even telling me to call him if I thought of any other questions. Their crew was very respectful of the property by making sure to lay out tarps to protect the floors, and made all attempts to manage the noise since we were home. Whatever was left in the basement they made sure to cover and protect. And if something needed to be moved they moved it and moved it back. When it came time to lay down the epoxy there was a scheduling hiccup. Kenny though went out of his way to make it right by coming right after another job and staying late to make sure we're stayed on schedule since I was having out of town guests coming that weekend and needed access to the basement. Working with Select Basement, but especially Kenny, made this one of the best experiences and I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!"

"I reached out to Vince after reading through numerous reviews of plumbers and am very happy I gave him a call. I had used another company to do a "service" on my oil boiler that had become very inefficient...$200 later with them telling me it was all fixed, nothing changed. Vince gave me great advice on how to maintain the new unit, best practices, and things to check up on regularly. He took my calls a week after he was done when I had some follow-up questions for him and backs his work-up for a year after the new install. Overall A+."

"I use them only because they cover my warranty. They give you an appointment for days after you call them you wait days for the part to fix it and to install it. They gave me an estimated time and the repairman shows up later Example: Twice my appointment time was scheduled for 12-4 pm and showed up at 7:00 pm or later . They have been unable to fix the air conditioning unit because of not having proper equipment for making. repair on the truck. The workers are courteous but I have found some operators in the call center rude and unhelpful . Upon warranty expiration I will not be using this company"
