But Remodel Plus came highly recommended to us by two friends so we took the leap of faith and we are so glad we did! They were honest, there when they said they’d be there, and the work is top notch. Because it’s an old house we had a few issues that exposed themselves once the demo was done. Rod and his team cheerfully rolled with all of it and didn’t nickel and dime us once. Don’t even ask how this happened but my teenager accidentally dropped her phone in the newly finished wall. Rod’s helper Steve got it out without us even asking him to do it. I could not recommend this company more!"

"I love my sunroom. I love them. They were really nice. Chris was a wonderful man and the girl in the office was always very helpful. I've never had a problem. Every question I had they answered it. They even brought me books because some of my neighbors wanted to use them. I totally recommend them. They were really very good. The man who put up the sunroom was just absolutely excellent. One person put up the sunroom, but I had to have a person to do the underground work, to put in the pinnings on the ground and that's a different company altogether. So, the only thing people would look out for is the company that they choose and do research on that company. They get a contractor to put in the underpinnings down in the ground that the sunroom would stand on and the guy was good. I don't know him, but I'm just saying that people would need to check on that, not just the sunroom. The man who put up the sunroom was here every morning at the crack of dawn. They're not city slickers. I would definitely use them again. It was really well done."

We’ve had them install basement windows, as well as front and back doors. Most recently they changed two sliding patio doors, a garage door and replaced some damaged siding. Jamar’s quotes are always reasonable, they show up on time, their work is neat and they make sure to leave your property clear and clean. I highly recommend Jamar and will definitely use them again."

"The job was completed by the agreed upon price, and the house was secure and warm again, within a week, as Pete promised. The interior work will be ongoing, as it was the holidays, he will come back in a few weeks to finish the interior of the attic. As noted we have hire Pete during the last 4 years for various projects, if something breaks or is not working he comes back and tries to repair or re-install it. And it generally is a item that I purchased! through no fault of his that it has failed! There are times when a manufacture discontinues making the item and parts, so it is the homeowners responsibility to replace it at their cost, which we had to do once and realize it happens, it is part of the construction/renovation process!"
