"Workmanship, timeliness and cleanliness were above average. I have no complaints about anything that was done. I only have one issue which was with communication. Two major aspects of the job were changed without my consent therefore I did not have input into changes I would have made as it was too late when I noticed these changes. They were understandable as they would do to zoning and or building code. But I would’ve had them done completely different. Had I had a choice. This was totally unintentional. I chalk it up to a learning experience on both ends. Other than that everything was exceptional."

"The deck came out beautifully! I hired Stoney Brook to start the deck construction in November expecting that construction wouldn’t happen until the spring. They actually began the engineering drawings and permitting process over the holidays and dug the footings (partially using a jackhammer) in the coldest week of the winter in January. The only snag occurred when the shipment of flooring material was not enough to cover the framing, creating a 2 week delay for more flooring material to arrive. However, it was still the middle of March, and the rest of the material arrived last week, enabling completion at the end of the week. So the deck was completed just in time for spring instead of having construction drag on into the spring and possibly summer."

"They arrived on time,  were professional and answered a lot of question.  It took about three hours and two people came to do this.  They left the area mostly clean.  They did leave some stickers on the windows that I had to pull off.  I would tell friends and family that they should research the price on windows to make sure they are not over paying."

"Absolutely perfect service in every way. Thomas explained my options: my existing dryer vent could simply be cleaned out, or it could be improved: straighter path, safer materials. Replaced the whole vent, at my request. Disassembled and thoroughly cleaned out the inside of my dryer and the surrounding area of the basement. I happen to love data. Thomas measured the airflow to the outdoor end of the vent, before and after the whole process — and the airflow increased by 10 times! My clothes had been taking five hours to dry, and now they dry completely in just one hour. I couldn't be more satisfied."
