After he finished cleaning everything up he explained how to used the new shower head and what to use to clean the surface. The next day we texted him with a question and he immediately answered. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Kirt did a great job. He figured out how to straighten out the kitchen floor. Can't tell there was ever a hump there. Kirt and his partner showed up every day on time. Started the job when he said he would and kept the cost to the estimate. I was kept informed of what they were doing and how they were going to do it the entire way. They ran a couple days over the estimated time but they stayed here til it was finished. I love the job they did. My kitchen and bath look great
