They were incredibly professional and very accommodating. We worked together via phone and email because I work in CT. I never actually met them in person although my husband met the workmen who did the repair. It may seem weird but with my schedule doing it this way was SO much easier for me. I'm glad it worked for them too. 
The only negative thing I can say about these guys is that they didn't contact me once they received my deposit. I had to call them and make sure everything was all set and to find out when they were coming. But once I was in contact with them again everything went smoothly.

"My choices were a little limited due to COVID crisis, but contacted 2 highest rated companies on Angie's. First was a small firm who was booked thru the Fall. Alliance has several crews and were able to get to us quickly. First visit was great (David), who provided the quote, alternatives, samples, pictures & addresses of previous work. Price was reasonable. Crew started a couple of weeks later. Very professional and courteous crew of three. Once they show up, they stay to finish the job. Separate gutter crew came shortly after siding was done. Cost was $28,000 for a 2 story cape with shake siding. We love the shake look compared to traditional horizontal siding, esp for a cape house. He performed all the work himself. Sam explained everything he was going to do, was very pleasant and professional. "The work was great, they did a fabulous job, on time, on schedule, prompt, minimum breaks while at work, they cleaned up very well, and they removed their rubbish materials as the project progress. I would have other jobs that I would be calling them for. When the project was completed, they went around to check and look if the whole project was completed as per the owners specification."
