"Mike has completed two projects for us. The first job Mike did for me was not the remodel project, since we weren't far enough along in the process yet to hire. However, in the pictures they showed me were a couple tile jobs. They were able to plan it out and install the tile very professionally! He was very diplomatic about making suggestions of what might be better, instead of telling me I was a crazy lady! :-) We went on to use Mike for a multiple room addition out into our post and beam barn. The addition came out beautifully. Nothing about this was easy! It even required custom- made window sills! During the process, Mike made some good suggestions that I hadn't thought of but liked and went with. The attention to detail is fantastic, and the craftsmanship shows. "Let me start by saying I am very exact with what I want in a renovation. The contractor  spent a couple of hours understanding what we wanted in a project. We started with new windows and siding.  All samples were provided and I love our choices. The siding looks just like wood but is durable and never needs to be painted and the windows work great. I liked working with this contractor so much we decided to renovate the entire beach house. The general contractor lead us through a myriad of building codes and regulations as we decided to entirely gut and renovate the house.
