"Renew crew knocked it out of the park and exceeded expectations! They built a fence and a deck for us. We ran into a couple of unexpected costs when removing the old deck of some rotting wood on the house. They fixed that as well and did not price gouge us at all. They also replaced a window and built a retaining wall that tied into our project perfectly! They were quick, and very efficient, but did not sacrifice quality. Chris, the carpenter is exceptional! I worked construction for over a decade and have not seen a carpenter as good as Chris! Rob the owner was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable in his field and had great vision. I seriously don’t think we could’ve found a better company to build our project. They also beat out other competitive bids and started within the week. We love our new deck and fence. Again we are blown away by the quality and attention to detail."

"The company is very professional. I had them repair my 33 year old deck. The deck is 12' X 27". They replaced the complete deck and repaired the floor supports as well as the fence . I recommend this company 100%. Bill and Pat Perry Blue Springs MO 64015"

"We had a full fence and deck built. It was a fairly big job. The number one thing that impressed me was that they showed up. We had appoints from 3 companies for bids and the other two never showed up or called, 3 other companies never even bothered to return a call. Once we agreed, thatâ d started the project in a couple days. We had a few bumps along the way with communication on what we wanted done but we are very happy with the final project."

"They did a repair after the storms this year and there are no more leaks! They followed up with me, we're here when they said they would be. I will have them complete my Roof next year"

"Essential Extras had already designed and installed a beautiful deck for us. They used Ipe wood and hidden fasteners as we had asked. The professionalism was amazing and so was the craftmanship. After a wind storm blew down a fence in our yard in the middle of winter I called them again and not only did they do a stellar job, but took great care to respect our neighbors and cleaned up our side and the neigbor's side of the fence as well. The craftmanship again was better than expected. I would recommend them to anyone and definitely hire them for any projects I might have involving wood. Bonnie Pearson"

"We hired JB Construction Company to do a complete remodel of our master bath. Joe was great to work with! His responses were always prompt to any questions or concerns we had. He was there almost every day to check on progress and the crews and if something wasn’t right he saw that it was corrected as soon as possible. He was more than patient with little changes that we made throughout the process. We can’t express how nice it was to be able to be confident that our bathroom remodel would be completed to our complete satisfaction. We will be hiring Joe for more projects in the future."

"VP Roofing and Construction did an outstanding job. From the quick response to review what work was requested. Providing a very competitive bid, getting the work scheduled and completed. The crew they put on my project worked very hard and we're very particular in the construction. They installed it as if it was on their own home. VP's crew took out the old porch and cleaned up the area and installed the new porch in 2 days. The one they installed is incredibly solid. The job included working over an old concrete porch that proved difficult at times. The crews leader was very particular in the details. Several times he didnt like the way something was coming together so he would stop and take things apart to make sure they were installing the best fitting/looking and solid porch they could build. They didnt take shortcuts at all. I am extremely pleased with the looks/style and solidly built porch. It makes the front of my house much more appealing. I would recommend VP to anyone!"

"The service was great. excellent service, the porch is beautiful, and we are very happy with the end result."

"I couldn’t be happier with the cedar steps Imagine Restoration installed in my back garden. They did a great job removing the broken, rotting deck and replaced it with a custom-built set of steps that fit the space perfectly. They even accommodated wider treads for added safety, which made a real difference. They helped me get through the HOA approval with detailed plans, delivered the highest quality craftsmanship, and stuck to a budget that felt more than fair. The end result is beautiful, practical, and built to last. I’d gladly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work."

"Had Elite replace all windows, siding, garage doors, driveway, front porch, back stone patio, and deck. Very happy with all the work performed. Now using them to remodel our basement."
