"Terrible and not recommended. Never called or showed up. I called repeatedly to see where they were. Finally called me after 5pm and said it would be between 7-8pm. I told him to forget it. I took the whole day off waiting for this service and this is the absolute worst experience? ever. NOT RECOMMEND!!"

"Recently my Printer stopped working, and despite all of my efforts, as well as the diagnostics and fixes provided by the manufacturer it stayed â offlineâ . To my good fortune I contacted Flagship Computer Services and worked with Manisha. Her patience & technical skills allowed her to find a work around to a glitch that seemed unresolvable. Iâ m now back up and running. Flagship was OUTSTANDING! Not only relative to their service, but affordability. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Flagship and will definitely be using them in the future. "We hired Steadfast May 2024 to install a new key fob system for our HOA.. 4 pool gates and club house. we delt with Lisa and Dylan on our new system. Dylan came out and gave a presentation (Q&A) to the homeowners, He answered all the residents' concerns. fast forward to June of 2025, we add them out twice to install more equipment. We also had a lightning strike, and they were out here quick to get us back running. I highly recommend them for there. "
