"Ryan came out, after I spoke with Chuck on the phone. I had been very disappointed with two other companies who try to upcharge me for the work. Both companies said my electrical panel needed to be replaced on top of my pendant light installation. Their quotes? $4000 to $6000. After inspecting the electric panel, Ryan and Chuck decided that all that was needed was a whole house surge protector. Neither of them tried to convince me that I needed to pay thousands of dollars for unneeded repairs. The surge protector was installed correctly by Ryan (it had not been installed correctly before). "The technician did a lot of work installing two electrical boxes in concrete block at the proper location to allow the stove to sit flush with the wall. One box was for the new outlet and the other for a junction with the original wiring. The new outlet position was at the joint between two concrete blocks, making the job more difficult. The new stove now sits against the wall and works great."
