"The service was fantastic!! I had wood rot on 2 different bay windows on my house. Juan and his team did a thorough job removing everything that had rotted and rebuilding the exterior sighting around the window better than the original construction. He installed a plastic barrier; used a more durable wood for exterior sighting and sealed the wood on all sides; and completely sealed every gap and crack to ensure that wood rot will not occur again. I really appreciated their attention to all of the details and doing the job the right way so I don't have this problem again. They completed the job in one and half days, which is half the time he said it would take and completed the job on budget. He was very prompt and responsive and did a good job of communicating everything that I needed to know throughout the process. He reworked the roof line making the gutters easier to clean, also making roofline flow more aesthetically correct. He added stone to the front of house, entryway, and garage. He also put new decorative siding above my garage. Gave the from windows, door and garage door area new casing. He replaced my exterior doors and painted them also. "BATHROOM FLOOR LOOKS GOOD. I WANTED A CERTAIN TYPE OF FAUCET INSTALLED IN TUB/SHOWER, COULD NOT BE DONE UNLESS A WHOLE WALL WAS TORN OUT TO RECONFIGURE THE STUDS (WOULD GET TOO EXPENSIVE), THE SHOWER HEAD STILL MOVES FROM BEHIND THE WALL, BUT THE WALL ,ONCE AGAIN, WOULD HAVE TO BE TAKEN OUT TO FIX IT SO I WILL NEED TO CAULK IT TO STOP THE MOVEMENT. THE MOULDING AND TRIM WERE EXCELLENT. THE PAINTING WAS ALRIGHT, I WISH SOMETHING COULD HAVE BEEN DONE ABOUT A CERTAIN SECTION OF THE WALL THAT NEEDS PANELED, BUT TIME RAN OUT AND IT WAS SKIPPED FOR NOW, WILL PROBABLY HAVE IT TILED OR SOMETHING TO THAT EFFECT BY THESE GUYS IN THE FUTURE. VERY PROMPT, RESOLVED ANY PROBLEMS I HAD. RESPONSIVENESS- I AM AN EMAIL SORT OF PERSON, SOMETIMES THE EMAIL REPLIES COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE SUCCINCT AND NOT VAGUE, HAD TO EMAIL A COUPLE OF TIMES TO GET ONE REPLY.
