"Hugh inspected our old metal flat roof system and acrylic skylights. He provided us with two options: one for repairs and one for complete replacement. Both estimates were for superior materials and were very reasonably priced. He was upfront that we didn't need to replace the entire roof right now, but if we didn't we'd likely have to do more work in a few years. We elected to replace the skylights and do the complete replacement, which included fixing any damaged decking, installing a new base sheet, adding a layer of insulation, and a thick rubber roof system. Since it was March, they were able to schedule the work right away. They arrived early in the morning, removed the old roof and skylights, and put on the new roof system and skylights. They were done by mid-afternoon. The crew was professional, hard-working, and efficient. Most of all, I was impressed with the high quality of their work. They even cleaned up the bits of the paper from under the old roof that inevitably found their way all over from our yard---and our neighbors. I *highly* recommend Keith Roofing! Addendum. A few months later, a contractor had to install two vents for exhaust fans through the beautiful new roof. I wasn't sure how good a job they did, so I sent some photos to Hugh and asked if we could hire him to fix it. He said the other contractor's work would eventually leak, but his guys would come out and install new rubber around the vents---at no charge. Fabulous customer service."

"We had a really good experience with Roofing Pups. Their rep Alex was great to work with, and the roofing crew that came to our house did a good job and cleaned up afterward. We opted to get our gutters replaced as well as our roof, which required a second day of work. The Roofing Pups employee in charge of this job (also named Alex) noticed that the color of the new gutters didnt match our house, and made a point of checking it with us before getting started. We really appreciated this as the new gutters would have clashed with the color of our siding! "Rich was amazing. This job was very difficult. Because of the configuration of my house, there was only one spot in the closet where the tube would go thru. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. Rich managed to install the Solatube and avoid all the obstacles. It was really amazing what he was able to do. I am not easily impressed with contractors, but Rich was great.
