"We hired All Renovations to remodel our basement and add a bathroom. We had previously hired them to build a garage and had been pleased with the work they did so included them when we were interviewing potential candidates for our basement project. Their price was not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Given our prior experience with them, we decided to hire them and are glad we did so. Despite some unexpected plumbing issues and resulting delays, All Renovations did a fabulous job on our basement and we are pleased with the end result. The foreman Edwin was easy to communicate with and worked with our designer throughout the project. It took a while to determine the best location and layout for the bathroom but Edwin worked with us to frame it in according to our specifications. As with most projects, there were a few issues (some missing fixtures and a problem with carpet installation) but they were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. All in all, we are very happy with the work All Renovations did. The basement looks great."

There was no question that we wanted Steve Everett of Dream Maker Bath and Kitchen to remodel our bathroom, as he had remodeled our kitchen 2 years ago and we were very familiar with his integrity, professionalism, skill and dedication. It took about 5 weeks to complete the job, and that is about what we expected. Steve hires only top notch professionals to work with him, so they were all very skilled, hard working, prompt, pleasant and made every effort to coordinate their schedule and to minimize disruption to our household. They removed part of a wall, which enlarged our bath to accommodate an extra set of storage cabinets, and made a porcelain tiled shelf on the window box behind the free standing tub. We joked that it would be a great place to set a wine glass! Our old shower was enlarged and replaced with a glass enclosed, tiled shower. The dual sinks were replaced along with the cabinets and counter top. Flooring was replaced with porcelain tile. We love our "new" master bath and kitchen! Every day feels like we are on vacation and staying in a luxury condo! If you have an idea for your kitchen and/or bath, Steve Everett can make it come to life! We highly recommend him!"

The owner and the manager were highly attentive to details throughout the process; the on-site crew were not only solid and careful, but also creative in finding solutions to odd issues that came up. The owner was always available by phone to provide guidance through the processes of selecting tile, cabinetry, fixtures, windows, floor heating or just to answer and address our questions as they arose. Most importantly, when we had a family medical emergency, WaterStone bent over backwards to get our bathroom into good enough working order that we could move back to our first floor. Everyone was conscientious about keeping dust contained, covering floors, sealing off rooms with plastic to keep the construction site as clean as possible.
