I contacted JCTHI for a cracked water pipe over the winter freeze.  I spoke to Carlos to make the appointment and he was able to come out an hour before the actual appointment time.  He examined the area and gave me a fair estimate.  After I gave him the go ahead, he was able to finish the job in less than an hour and also save me money by avoiding some of the other possible repairs he had originally estimated.  He's an honest guy that you can trust!  Not only did he honor the coupon I had, he also showed me some useful tips on small repairs I can do myself.

I was concerned about all the water damage and he agreed to come out on Saturday morning.Edmund was prompt and very courteous. He replaced the faulty turn off valve ( 50+ years old) and fixed the pipe and outside spigot. I also had him replace another turn off valve in the laundry room.
