"RIBA construction was recommended by one of my neighbors. I initially started with them by replacing my old cedar shake roof with new architectural asphalt shingle (32 squares) with three new skylights. From the very start, the sales and contract process with Ryan was open and honest. They genuinely wanted to get the right roof solution versus just making another sale. The communication through the process from the back-office with Jerry and Yolanda was also superb. The roof and skylights were ultimately installed and the RIBA Construction diligently followed through until all work was completed. As a result of this great experience, shortly thereafter I selected RIBA Construction to complete a number of other projects (all completed concurrently with diligent coordination): - Windows and Sliding Doors --> replaced forty (40) old wood windows with new vinyl casement windows - Siding --> replaced (20 squares) of engineered wood with new vinyl siding - Capping --> All windows, doors, and trim capped with aluminum and vinyl soffit vents - Gutters --> installed 300+ feet of new gutters and downspouts While no project goes perfectly, everyone at RIBA Construction really cares about doing the right thing and made everything the way it should be without hesitation. "From pre-sales through signing the certificate of completion, Presidential Exteriors provided first rate, professional, courteous, and friendly service. The new windows and doors work flawlessly, look fantastic, and have cut outside noise too boot. The new siding and trim work look fantastic. My only critique was the clean up on the windows and doors job could have been a lot better. Keeping in mind everyone has an off day, that won't stop me from inquiring about having my vinyl shutters replaced to match the new doors. How did I not notice think of them before?"

"We had 5 companies come out to quote replacing 3 of our exterior doors. Roland is not a pushy salesman with the must purchase today or the price increases motto. He answered multiple emails and even came out a second time to our home to further discuss replacing the doors and answer our questions. He checked in in-person a couple of times during the install process to make sure things were going smoothly. The install team were hard workers and did a great job. We used Star Home Improvements because of their reviews and we didn’t feel like just another number to the company. The plus side was they also came in with the lowest quote. "Power home did a door to door, after meeting with their rep for siding, we liked the superior quality of their vinyl siding with a foam backing. Our current siding had issues of water penetration and algae growth and frankly was cheap as the previous owner took advantage of drive by sales after a hail storm. On their QA inspection post install? They found further water penetration through the roof and provided me proof of that so we went high end with a GAF roofing system. End result? Yeah it cost quite a bit more than my comfort zone. But you get what you pay for. We are more comfortable, and since this occurred during winter? I noted my heat pump did not cycle as often. And we got our electric company assessment for energy use for a totally electric home? Excellent. Impact of the better siding and better roof."

I dealt with several people within the organization concerning my project <br /> at various times.  I got the feeling they were not communicating to one <br /> another.  I often found myself telling different people the same <br /> thing.  I asked 'didn't he or she contact you about this?.' <br /> f.) There was a problem regarding the vinyl siding that was brought for the <br /> job.  The project manager indicated to me he found a 'perfect match.?  Well that turned out not to be the case. It <br /> does not match at all.  The technician ultimately removed a piece of the <br /> existing siding to see if he could identify the manufacturer and color <br /> type.  He was able to do so.  I asked him for that info.  To <br /> make sure we got the right pieces the next go round I did my own research <br /> online.  I provided that info to Roofing & More.   We are <br /> now waiting to hear back regarding the cost.  I am being told I will be <br /> responsible for this cost.  I am ok with this since they need to order it <br /> in a bundle and I will have left over pieces in case something needs to be <br /> replaced in the future.  I too may have <br /> agreed with the contractor about the original vinyl piece color.   To be honest I can?t recall.  <br /> I would give Roofing and More a letter grade of 'B'. I would also like to <br /> point out the people are ok to deal with."
