"I knew nothing about the feasibility or cost for such a project. I spoke with a very nice person on the phone who outlined parameters for producing a well and cost factors. Then I made an appt and one of the engineers came to my house. Everyone involved in this transaction was superb, professional and provided accurate, honest information. The engineer advised against the project and provided a comprehensive summary of why the drilling process would likely produce significant environmental damage to my residential neighborhood. It was the kind of experience that made me want to have them do something because I was so impressed. A class act."

"Jesse answered the phone early on a Monday morning courteously and professionally. I was scheduled for a same day quote. Jesse called back after I scheduled to say he'd moved his schedule around to have people out earlier than planned. We are a large family and had no running water, he went above and beyond. His team arrived, diagnosed and repaired the well-pump in an hour."

"The technician arrived on time with his feet in a plastic bootie to prevent dirt on the carpet. He was very professional and courteous. H did a very in-depth inspection of the heating and air conditioning system unit and offered suggestions to ensure my system continues to work properly. He replaced all the filters and stayed for about an hour checking out the system. My system is old but runs very well because of their excellent maintenance."

"This was an emergency call for the weekend since we had no water (thank you City of Columbia). They offered to come Friday night but we opted for Saturday. J.C. arrived about 10 minutes early and after we explained what happened he started digging to find the leak. Once he found it he explained the issue and cost of the repair. This included emergency call, finding the leak, going to get parts and the repair. Very reasonable. I spoke to James (the owner) on Friday evening and he was really nice and understanding. The customer service is awesome, from lady that answered the phone to James and J.C.! I would recommend this company and use them again."

FAQs for sump pump repair or replace projects in Leesville, SC

Sump pumps last about 10 years with proper maintenance and prompt repairs. Several factors can influence your sump pump’s lifespan, such as usage, environmental conditions, and installation. Premium sump pumps with heavy-duty motors and quality components tend to last longer than lower-cost models. Pedestal sump pumps usually last longer than submersible models since they’re not constantly exposed to water.

A basement French drain is a drainage system installed in basements or around a building’s foundation to redirect water and prevent flooding. This system features a trench with a perforated pipe that catches and transports water away. These systems can crack, freeze, or clog, potentially resulting in flooding or strain on your sump pump.

You can use a sump pump in your yard to minimize pooling water and landscape damage, but it’s best used in conjunction with other drainage systems. This can include French drains, trench drains, underground downspouts, and other equipment. Proper lawn care, such as soil aeration and native plants, also aids with drainage.
