During our first visit from Travis, he walked us through what to expect with replacing our roof. He was available for follow-up questions and was always honest and clear about the process. The Supervisor of our project was Eduardo, who was just as amazing as Travis. He was constantly communicating about what was happening and what to expect during the process. "We live in Cape Coral. We experienced the eye of the much-televised slow-moving hurricane Ian. The deviation was widespread. Many houses were washed away. On Ft Myers Beach some owners in addition to losing their home, also had their property washed away. In the middle of this disaster, there were many charlatans from all over the country that came in for the "feeding". We chose CTG as our contractor. Dealing with the insurance was Frustrating. We had 6 different insurance adjusters. Some of our friends got Public "adjusters" to help them get money for their repairs from the insurance companies. Once you sign with a Public Adjustor, you lose control of the process. CTG acted as our Public Adjustor and got more money for the repairs that required it. But they do not charge for that service. Jason Turner told me that is what they do. That is their job. Public Adjusters slow down the prices and charge a percentage of everything you get from your insurance company. Getting supplies to do the work was a nightmare. Home Depot and the other supplies kept running out of supplies. CTG did what had to be done. They would drive with their vehicles where they needed to go to get building supplies. Be it Tampa, Miami, or wherever. The quality of their work was top-notch."
