I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"Technician was on time, got right to work and in no time had it repaired and running. This person was very respectful of our kitchen and furniture and was very personable. He did an expert job. We certainly appreciated his work. We highly recommend this company. On another note, I had incorrectly gave them a bad review when replacing our microwave, however that should not have occurred as they did a super job on that also. We will always use this company for any other repairs or replacements we need."
