Gave very detailed information on process. Did great work. They couldn't get original trim for the bottom of the shed door; they had to "make it". Loved the whole experience. "I had four roofing companies assess a roof leak problem and Fred with IPS was the only one that did not immediately recommend a roof replacement. Everyone else (Bachmans, Mitri, Home Genius) only recommended solution was to replace the entire roof. Fred found the problem was elsewhere on the property and as a result saved me thousands of dollars. I later used him for plumbing repairs and other issues on my rental properties as well and his work ethic and performance far exceeded my expectations. I will be using Fred with Integrated Property Solutions for everything going forward. I just wish I could get the last 10+ years back of wasting time and money with general handymen. It will cost more but it is so worth it to just work with a reputable company that has a public profile with tons of positive reviews. "My home repairs were the result of storm damage that was covered by an insurance claim.  Guardian did an excellent job negotiating <br /> these repairs with my insurance company.  Guardian uses subcontractors to perform the work, of which, they either spoke no, or very <br /> little English.  This made it difficult communicating issues with them without going through the Guardian Rep. which were not always available.  Of the area's I had repaired, roof, siding and rain gutters, the crew that did the rain gutters were the best.  They went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the replacement of my rain gutters, they were the best contactors Guardian provided.  I would recommend them to others or use their service again. <br /> Guardian did follow-up after the repairs to make sure I was satisfied; this is when I shared with them my displeasure.  There were several areas? of the roof and siding that were not completed properly for which the subcontractor had to be brought back to correct. I would not use Guardian again or refer them to others based on the fact that their roofers and siding installers did not have the customer's best interest at heart and were not able or willing to communicate well due to a language barrier.  I would prefer a contractor that had their own crew that did the work. <br />"

"3 men came on time. Trimmed one lilac bush and removed the other.  Weeded 2 large garden beds.  The weather was hot and humid that day and these 3 men worked non-stop for almost 2 full hours till the job was completed.  The men were very pleasant and hard-working. <br />"
