"It went well.  All repairs where done professionally and as quoted.  They were flexible with times for my schedule.  Found an issue that needed to be addressed outside of what they were there to do (it was an obvious issue once you knew what to look for it was not them trying to create work - I could see it and recognize the issue).  They scheuled and performed that repair.  They could improve a little on timely communication, but nothing that could not be worked through and work was and staff were professional
