"I bought a roof maintenance and inspection package. It took a few attempts (by email and phone) to get a hold of someone to schedule the appointment, and they weren't very professional on the phone. They arrived several hours late on the day of the appointment and I actually had to leave as they arrived. However, a little while later I got a very nice phone call explaining what was done and some small issues they found. They didn't try to upsell anything, and they actually put my mind at ease about the problems they did find by explaining how I'd know when it was time to look at bigger repairs or replacing our roof.
