"Larry and his two associates arrived on time and Larry covered the entry from my garage to the basement to protect the entry floor.  Larry had a checklist he covered with me and the team immediately started the crawlspace work, bringing their materials and ladder to the basement.  The existing fiberglass insulation was removed from the crawlspace as well as other debri.  The insulation was placed in large bags before removing from the house.  Insulation was then added to rim joists and around the crawlspace walls.  At that point the gravel was smoothed on the crawlspace floor and the liner was rolled out.  The liner was sealed to the walls. This work took about six hours.  After the Basement Guys team had left I did notice that one area of the liner / crawlspace wall had not been sealed well.  We called the Basement Guys and they returned within a week to finish by sealing this area. <br />"

"I initially sought the help of a quality structural engineer to consult regarding this project.  I contacted three providers that he recommended.  Those companies were Americrawl, Indiana Foundation, and Acculevel.  Tony Haight, of Acculevel was a true professional in every aspect of the Proposal/Contract process.  He was timely, considerate, informative and honest in all regards. <br /> The estimates ranged greatly in both scope and cost.  Tony's Acculevel quote was not the cheapest or the most expensive.  It addressed all of the basement issues in a logical, well explained and illustrated fashion.   <br /> The actual job was completed to our satisfaction in a four day period.  The crew was incredible.  They arrived when they said they would.  They minimized mess and the communicated effectively. <br /> We are very happy with the completed work.  For the first time in many years we  have a dry  and functional basement. <br /> I have been a Angie's List member for many years and can recommend Tony Haight and Acculevel for any foundation issue! <br />"

"Original estimate/plan was for a roof to be added to the gabel at the back of the house.  Due to the window at the top of the wall the engineer  did not feel that a roof could be supported without major adjustments to the house.  Chris came back to my house and went over other options and choices.  I decided to go with a pergola attached below the problem window and we adjusted the financing for the project.  I am thrilled with my new pergola and am amazed with how great my backyard looks now.  Our neighbors have even told us how great it looks. <br />"
