"From day one, I knew I was in good, professional hands working with Justin at Approved Contractor. Being out of state I was initially worried undertaking much required repairs (assisting my eldering aunt with so many repairs on her home). My fears were put to rest immediately. Justin did a walkthrough of the property via live video with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. His team removed so much damaged wood from the roof and garage and replaced with new wood and a shingle roof. His team additionally replaced a sliding glass door, power washed the entire exterior of the home, repaired and replaced stucco that was damaged on the exterior beautifully, repaired a retaining wall by my aunt's front lawn and painted the entire exterior of the home and garage. I could not have been more happier with the not only the ease of the process in working with Approved Contractor but the workmanship was superior. Every worker took pride in not only their work but they were professionals all the way around and took special care in cleaning up afterwards. "Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

We required several stucco repairs – some not easy, as well as an indoor project for painting. Oscar is clearly an expert in his field and took the time and care to complete all work with an exceptional degree of workmanship. He was able to perfectly blend the new stucco to the older paint and texture and he painted larger areas than were originally discussed in order for the work to look seamless. "Needed stucco repair along one side of my house. Contacted company in
July. Set a date for work in early August. Repairs delayed by mutual
agreement of homeowner and contractor. Tried to re-set new work date but
found contractor's phone disconnected. Finally received follow-up call a
few days later. Set new date.  Contractor came and began work with a quoted price of $530.00. After removing stucco along most of the side of the house, was told that stucco was bad. Work was completed in one (7) hours session and another (2) session the following day. Contractor late arriving each time. Had to leave job site to acquire materials. work was completed to home owner satisfaction. However the final price was $220.00 higher that original bid.
