"ARS was among the first to reply to my weekend request on an online home repair referral site for help with a broken sump pump at my home. I was a little nervous about using them as I'd had an experience about 20 years ago where I was surprised with a seemingly very high bill for replacing a water heater. But, they far exceeded every expectation this time. Most of the companies responding to my post hadn't even read it because they either didn't know what a sump pump was or said they could install one but not provide one. Even the phone receptionist at ARS was confident they both provided and installed sump pumps. It was a Saturday night that I posted the request. On Sunday, at no charge, a service person came by the house to assess the work and give a written estimate. "Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on.
